Important Notices

  • All 2021 entries are due online by Monday July 19th at 11:59 PM.

  • Any live animal needing to be entered after this deadline will be charged $50 per entry up to the close of set weigh-in time for that market animal species, the start time of the breeding livestock, or horse show being entered in.

  • After notifying show superintendent, classes entered incorrectly may be switched within the same division prior to start of livestock show, horse show, or static exhibit judging.

  • Open class static exhibit entries will be accepted until judging begins August 2nd at noon. No classes will be held for late entries.

  • HEALTH INSPECTIONS must be completed by Monday, July 19th. These forms will be printed in duplicate; white copy will be retained by Vet Clinics, yellow copy is for exhibitor’s record. Fair Staff will collect health inspections directly from all three Uinta County Vet Clinics on Tuesday, July 20th at 8:00 AM. If animals are inspected at another location, said Vet Clinic must fax (307-789-6312) Health Inspections directly to the Fair Office by Tuesday, July 20th at 8:00 AM.This ruling is required of EVERY animal being brought to the Uinta County Fair.
